CLE: 1.0

Objectives: This workshop/seminar will promote an understanding of the internalization of communication concepts and legal practices through an interactive approach. This will allow participants to witness pre-selected litigators enhance their skills while receiving feedback from the facilitator. When performances are enhanced and cohesion is generated, then recognition, credibility, and ultimately significant positive changes will increase. Although a scientific study was not conducted for the purpose of this session, one can reasonably assume that attorneys are leaders who are more effective when they are in an atmosphere that promotes professional development, supportive communication, dual-perspectives, engaged listeners, organized messages, and creative dialogue. All in attendance will be exposed to:

  • A brief summary of Enhancing Performance Skills for Maximum Impact: Part One
  • Public address skill-building
  • Constructive feedback
  • Team dynamics
  • Self-reflection
