Objectives:  New to the DPA conference this year, this series of short TED-like talks will focus on a variety of subjects including Voir Dire, Mental Health Assessments, presenting effective PowerPoints in court, and Case Reviews. We hope these brief talks will provide you with some fresh insights into some oft-discussed subjects. This year’s speakers, Robert Render, Melanie Foote, Brad Clark, and Cheri Riedel, will offer their own unique, and passionate points of view on their subjects.

Melanie Foote Hollingsworth joined the Education Branch in 2015. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
