Objectives: Ethical issues arise in almost every case in one way or another. If the participants get nothing else out of the session I hope they learn how to approach an issue and discuss it with colleagues. Most of the time just hearing the problem aloud gives the opportunity to think it through and gives guidance as to solutions. A review of the code of professional conduct then becomes relevant. Most lawyers get in trouble by not having a second set of eyes to review the facts and acting without thinking.
