Cicely Jaracz Lambert is an Assistant Appellate Defender with the Office of the Louisville Metro Public Defender.  Previous work experience includes the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts (Director and General Counsel); Kentucky Court of Appeals (Staff Attorney); Kentucky Attorney General (Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Appeals); and private practice (Lambert and Lambert).
