Nathan Miller is a 2002 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and completed undergraduate studies at Georgetown College. He began his career as an attorney for Kentucky's Transportation Cabinet before relocating to Washington, D.C. to work as a legislative analyst and lobbyist. In 2010, he returned to Kentucky to concentrate on criminal defense and worked at DPA's Bell County office before moving to the Morehead office, where he has represented clients for the last three years. He is NHTSA certified in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and regularly assists with new attorney training in Frankfort, discussing DUI law principles and trial techniques.
